Anniversaries present a key moment to recognize the people behind one’s success. That is exactly what I’d like to do as BIA celebrates its 40th anniversary this September.
As I think about the 40 years, I am grateful for the team we have put together, the services we have provided to help clients and the relationships we have developed. Most gratifying is the feeling that we continually attempt to innovate, help clients, and provide an environment in which our team members can grow and succeed with their careers and family life. It has been an incredible four decades, and I am thankful for the hard work, dedication and “can do” attitude of my BIA team and the trust our clients and partners have given us.
