According to BIA/Kelsey’s Local Commerce Monitor survey, 59.6% of SMBs are expecting revenue increases over the next 12 months. And over half (52.9%) of these SMBs describe themselves as in their “growing and expanding” life cycle stages. With these optimistic expectations for the state of their businesses, SMBs will be receptive to B2B solution providers seeking to help them grow their business.
