Small businesses are beginning to adopt mobile apps to their marketing strategies with 4% of SMBs in our Local Commerce Monitor™ say they use a mobile app in their advertising and marketing strategies. In a recent Clutch study, “Mobile Apps and Small Businesses in 2016“, Clutch asked small businesses for the primary reasons why they are investing in mobile apps. The study found the top reasons are to further engage their customers and to streamline internal business processes.
