So what products and services are small and medium businesses most interested in adding to their marketing activities for  2016? In our current Local Commerce Monitor survey of SMBs (Q3/2015), we asked SMBs about their future marketing and advertising plans in the coming year. With the changing local commerce universe, SMBs are not only adopting advertising but other business tools that help them compete with bigger companies. New this year to our LCM survey are questions around newer technologies like cloud services, big data analytics and mobile payments that SMBs are using with their advertising and marketing.  The top three products and services desired in three different categories are depicted in the infographic below.
