Small businesses prefer DIY services for advertising and marketing, in part because it helps them to streamline their work. Not surprisingly, according to findings in BIA/Kelsey’s Local Commerce Monitor, survey of small businesses, email marketing automated system is at the top of their list of most used marketing or ad-related services. It is also in the future intentions to adopt among SMBs who do not currently use an automated email marketing service. Second in popularity of use is a service like CRM, “a service that keeps customer records.” Helping SMBs with the right business tools can be an effective complementary offer to ad products and meets their need to work efficiently.
