About a month ago we released a large white paper on call monetization. This is a huge area of local media that’s been accelerated by the growth of smartphones. That’s where high-intent local search meets the telephone.
Earlier this week I spoke on a webcast to unpack this opportunity and spotlight lots of BIA/Kelsey data and analysis from the white paper. LogMyCalls also spoke and dove into some of the findings from its Conversations Analytics platform.
