As mentioned earlier this week, we’re doubling down on video. And there’s no richer source of tidbits and sound bites than a BIA/Kelsey conference. The latest is from our recent Leading in Local conference in Boston: a fireside chat with Marchex VP John Busby.

The point of the session was to cut through the clutter in mobile advertising to talk about what’s working. That end was accomplished by looking at hard data from Marchex’s network and call logs to local (and national) businesses. The findings were interesting and John unpacks them well.
