Mike Fordyce and his partnership team at Ingenio were busy last week finalizing several deals. The first was with Local Matters, which is integrating Ingenio's pay-per-call network into its network of Web sites. Local Matters is in the middle of its public offering process. The second deal involves one of the more successful Internet resellers,, which has agreed to resell Ingenio services. is helmed by two ex-AOL executives who ran that company's local products — Tobias Dengel and Todd Walrath. Their company was purchased last year by Website Pros. operates one of the largest and most successful independent Internet reseller groups in the U.S. (Releases)
