IAC Launches Comparison Shopping Engine

Just a quick look: it has alerts and local merchant offers and appears to have a good deal of advanced functionality. Problem: it has to be downloaded.
What's buried and most interesting (perhaps) about this is that it's a coversion/pay-per-sale billing model. Merchants only pay when there's a sale:http://pronto.com/help/merchantInfo.html
